About Reservation

You can make a reservation for medical examination.
Use the reservation calendar below or make a phone call.

Reception Hours

・Mon., Tue., Thu., Fri. 9:30a.m.-12:00p.m.; 3:00p.m.〜6:00p.m.
・Sat.　9:30a.m.〜12:00p.m.
・from six weeks to before the day.
・except for Wed., Sun. and national holidays.

When you make a reservation on this website (24 hours)

・after online reservation, you receive a e-mail for confirmation, please check the contents.

・You can cancel your reservation in the reservation inquiry page from confirmation e-mail.

・If you make a reservation by cellular phone, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from reservation@airrsv.net. So check settings of e-mail receive of your communiations carrier before making your reservation.

Attention

・Health insurance card is necessary for your first coming.
・Let us know your registration number in your card.
・Do not make reservation of check-up and vaccination online but phone.
